The plot is located in the heart of a dense Brussels neighborhood, where semi-industrial activities get along with housing and local commerce. The project offers new exteriors and relations between the existing buildings and the new interventions, objects inserted without touching the existing envelopes.

The main effort and proposal is a central « box » that organizes all the technical functions of the house (kitchen, toilet, heating, bathroom, stairs and storage).
