The transformation of generous plot and existing buildings and (still covered) courtyards so far used for parking and industrial cleaning facilities into an art gallery, two artist studios and a single family house.
The plot is located in the heart of a dense Brussels neighborhood, where semi-industrial activities get along with housing and local commerce.
The project offers new exteriors and relations between the existing buildings and the new interventions, objects inserted without touching the existing envelopes.
