KDRUUM

The project we presented, together with architects Czvek-Rigby for a pilot project for student housing in Brussels finished second. We made a project where the individual units (rooms for students and/or for co-working) were using as less space as possible, in order to offer generous and differenciated common space on each floor. “Azotea” (on the roof top) and “rez-de-quartier” (on the ground floor) offered additional qualitative collective spaces for the users of the building and for the neigboorhood.
